Self set Elderberry underneath Granny Smith Apple tree

Jane I will use anything which is available to make the jam, have used raspberries and apple and blackberry and strawberry to make a mixed fruit jam. The Elderberry are a hassle to use though as you have to strip them from their stalks I use a fork to pull them away from the stalk.

Karen that pine tree was supposed to be a dwarf one lol :O)
