Lilium cv 'Josephine' - A Princess Of Lilies

This is the most beautiful Lilium I have ever come across. Such large, delicate, silky, icing-pink, red-speckled petals with green and gold central rays and prominent light brown stamens. This far exceeds the catalog pictures in beauty. I wanted to try something new and I'm over the moon with the result. I am tempted to try to eat the whole thing - Delicious? It was certainly worth the trouble of getting and growing it and the few months' wait for the spectacular flowers. A true aristocrat of any plant collection.
