Are you stopping the hosta from escaping?!

Gillian..... :) lol, actually there is a bird feeder to the right of that hosta, hanging in front of my sink window....soooo, the birds getting the seed off the ground are digging the beejeebers out of the hosta. I finally decided I needed to do something to protect the poor thing! Love the observation...Diane

Thank you so much...Marguerite, just soaking in all the nice comments. I have not posted pictures of the whole front of the house yet, a few more things to do garden-wise, walk (stamped concrete) and light post to add. However, this weekend we had our porch (stoop actually!) railings put on and it looks so nice I can't wait to share with GOY. So this week I'll be posting pictures of the front of the house, as it is at this stage. Very modest plantings, Pyramidal yews (one's been removed to be replaced, English boxwoods, hydrangeas, lots of hostas (several new this year). Thanks for walking through my garden areas. It's so much fun to share. Needless to say I'm beyond impressed with yours.
