:-) Just picked a branch of mint for my drink and as I was photographing other plants, I put it in the fountain to keep it fresh. Then I thought it looked sort of cute.
It did not stay there for very long.

Do you have hot weather over there, Klahanie? I drank mojito yesterday, too. What is your drink prepared from?

I crush the mint and slice of lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and little bit of the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. then fill the glass with ice and fill the glass with carbonated water. Sometime I pour little bit of rum over the ice before adding the soda. Not when I am working though, only when the work is done and I can relax with the feet up :-)

Well, today I will have mojito at the pool bar again. It is really refreshing (without alcohol) in a hot day.

Yes it is Katarina, mine favorite on a hot day. Are you still on vacation?
Cheers.
