Don't know what is wrong this year but seam to have quite a few deformed one's this year

this will happen to mine but usually in Nov or Dec for some reason some want to rebloom but it's just too cold to happen

This is Gall Midge it has caused a lot of problems over the last few years, nothing can be done at the moment, they are working on it, you have to pick off the deformed blooms......
