Lovely. I think nasturtiums are great, but mine always become a blackfly magnet.

I've started to spray all the plants every 3 days with garlic infused water, Melchisdec.
Seems to be doing the job, mostly.

I'd heard of folk planting garlic next to roses to deter the various flies, but forgot to plant any. Lol.
When they began to chomp on everything else I decided to crush a couple of cloves into a bucket of water, leave it a few days, then give it a go.
Forgot to strain the mix, though & bunged up the sprayer!
Lesson learned, I did it properly & carried out on the rest of the garden with a watering can.
It seems to have worked. Phew! Lol.

very peppery taste, leaves and flowers can be eaten so I am told, but only tasted leaves too hot for my taste buds :O)
