Scientific name is Rosa 'HARroony'
This rose has won countless awards.
You are right Katarina, the foliage is dark and almost leathery, and it really shows off these bright colored amber blooms in a wonderful way.
I have it on the deck on the pot and it will never be as strong as if it was in the garden
