I've been looking through your pics Urbanite, you have a big job ahead, but will be worth it in the end. I have to say I have a crick in my neck now though and may be sending you my osteopath bill;-))

I swear the thing has grown another foot this week! And that's after the current owners have tidied it up!

Are you digging them out? When will it be yours?:-)

Chopping it down to waist height as soon as possible with a view to digging it out next summer, when I've found a blacksmith to make a fence (doesn't fit standard length panels)

I had hoped to have the keys around now/mid-September but it's all moving very slowly as there's a land registry problem with the access at the side of the house.
