Thanks. I hope it all comes together. I'm going to spend best part of a year finding out what the conditions are like (apart from needing some serious work done on the house before I can move in) so I'm gathering lots of ideas of what I want (and don't want). But I've already started buying pots a there are some great 'end of season' bargains around just now.
Just need the solicitors to get their acts together so that I can sign up and get the keys.

Hello, how has the move gone?

It hasn't yet. Been a long business, hoping to get the keys early October then need to persuade the builder to sort out a couple of horrible PVC windows, dodgy 'French' window (in this pic) and rewiring - hopefully in by Christmas!

Oh! I bet you are just wanting to get on with it...
