The name of the flower, "Teikakazura" is named after a Japanese poet, FUJIWARA-no-Teika(1162 -1241)in Heian and Kamakura period. This flower smells good.

Its scnet similars to jasmine, but the family is not. (I "googled" just now and found its family is Apocynaceae which is same as Oleander. Oleander is alos sweet-smelling flower!)

Is it a jasmine? or related to jasmine, perhaps?
