can't tell you how glad i was to see my baby was still there this morning....she withstood over 80 mph all day and night. there were a couple of small holes which are now tapped up. i only hope thats the worst of it...

me too Hywel..just wonder if thats the last of it. you must have had strong winds too. hope nothing was damaged.

Last night (Saturday) was frightening here. I thought the roof was going to be blown off. I hope we get some better weather soon.

Saturday was scarey Hywel...glad your roof survived too. Thrupenny we are very pleased with it but its more luck than judgement...it had 2 wounds from something bouncing off it in the wind.
Mouldy it does look like its not the end of it yet but there can't be much more to come surely..but hey at least we are warm and dry in the house...:-)
