In the gate trough - I think they're 'Prinz Claus'

Beautiful. Is your garden dry?

Haha - no, not after being flooded three times in the last few weeks!!! These crocuses are in the gate trough.
Actually, we're lucky that the garden drains well, or I'd be up to my knees in mud. It's just a bit soggy in places, really.

Glad your garden is doing ok in all this horrid weather.
The sun shone today so all my crocuses opened too :o)

And isn't that wonderful! :-D)

Is it as bad as before or are your plants going to survive?
19 Feb, 2014
Not as bad, thanks. It's been the lower part of the garden, and part of the side garden. It drains well, so the water doesn't stay for long. I suspect I've lost the new Primula japonica, though - they got covered in silt left behind and I don't know where they are! <sigh>.

They might turn up Barbara.

I somehow doubt it...being flooded four times and with all that silt on top, they haven't got much chance. :-((
