Ypsilandra cavaleriei - 2014

There are two ypsilandras that are available to grow in British gardens. Y. thibetica is the usual one encountered, but this is Y. cavaleriei. Although similar at a first glance, the flowers are subtly different.
Grows to barely a foot high, in moist, well-drained poor soil in part shade.
