Ginger

Hi Wyeboy is this the ginger you use as spice, and did you grow it out doors..chezs

I think maybe the root would be the ginger one would use, but I am not too sure, this may be an ornamental variety. I did not grow it myself it is growing in a friends garden in Herefordshire. Go to www.stocktonburygardens.co.uk and you can see photos of the garden there.
