I can wait for those Mum, no problem! One of those little Hostas you sent has survived and is still very tiny, but a good root system on it. I haven't spotted the other one yet. I must get up to Glamis soon,as Marion has Hostas waiting for me up there too! :))

All but two of the baby Hostas survived for me. If you need another just give me a shout. Don't forget to take pictures up at Glamis Castle and post so we can see the difference a year makes. :O)
ps the parent Hosta is huge this year. Make sure you give it plenty of space in case it is true to form. :O)

I will. They are easy to move when young. Don't know when I'll get up to Glamis...but next week I hope. The weather here today is hot! Not what I was expecting. Had a lovely short walk to the farm with the dogs, and been gardening since then. Really need cooler clothes on!

It started off grey here but is lovely and sunny now. Another two Hemeracallis up in the pots. OOer its exciting Wylie says they might come true to form as they were bred around in the 1950's so there would not be too much mixing of the gene pool in those days. Fingers crossed. But he thinks it might be three years before they flower. I do not mind I am that thrilled that they have started to germinate. I am not that good with seeds, but I did set those aquilegia you sent me and they are, well some are up. lol. All my cucumbers came too I shall be eating pickled cucumber for months. lol.

Now I feel jealous! I don't have any cucumbers! Good news though, we have the numbers of two builders from our friend!
