Rosa Helenae cut back

Helenae had a severe "hair/branch" cut, because fence needed to be replaced after last year's storm blew it down. Worried that I had cut it too hard, but fortunately it has come back with a welcome "vengeance". I am looking eagerly awaiting if she will flower this year.
