Hoheria sexstylosa 'Stardust' - 2014

This plant is the centrepiece of my new bulb garden. Eventually it will form an upright shrub around 25 feet tall, but will only get to half that size in ten years. Hoherias have a reputation for taking a few years before they start flowering, so I was very surprised to see blooms this summer despite only being planted last autumn.
