Is he an orphan? as sadly now that you have your scent on him his mother will not want him.

I actually "adopted" him after my son's friend purchased him from a breeder and decided she didn't want him anymore. I knew absolutely nothing about hedgehogs at the time; I have had him for about 1 year now, so I am nearly an expert (haha, just kidding) ;-). He loves to crawl around in my herb garden, but I have to watch him closely or he will start to chew on the rosemary. We have become very compatible.
