This is a beauty, I believe these are good in shade.

Oh yes, Drc, These plants can't handle direct sun at all. Only indirect or filtered sun. They would be ideal under a big oak or conifer. They take the same light requirements as hostas and they look really nice together.

Gg well we have quite a few choices however, I must choose wisely for limited space and not everything does well in my garden. Also these plants do very well in planters

I have some deep shade spots - must look into these.

Drc I think these are good choice. They come in many different styles and colors. You can't go wrong. I noticed they are widely used in the city for indoor and outdoor displays
