Vajgelia florida blooming now...a sign of second spring?

Yes, it is Weigela, I used Slovakian spelling. Unintensiously.
You are right. It blooms once in a year, in a late spring (usually June) here, too. That is why I was surprised by this second blooming, though it is not as abundant as in June.
