Yes they are practically care free plants - my favorite kind. I love the big white blooms - quite a show when everything else is pretty much done.

Definitely Paul..I have had mine about three years now,and it has been slow to get established,but this year,it is wonderful..a piece of this is destined for the front border next year..that's one plant sorted ! :o)

I bought a pale pink one,at the same time,but that didn't come through the first winter.I'm not really bothered,as I prefer the white one..good luck with yours..they are usually so hardy..mine could have been a sickly plant to start with..

MIne seems to be off a good start. I hope this winter isn't as brutal. I much prefer the white ones too.

These are lovely just now,Paul..a nice late summer plant..Mine has romped away this year.Lucky it has the space to do so :o)
