It is like something out of a church. It was made with love.

Hm, I do not know. But these original windows are very often taken off and sold to artists. They use it as frames for their paintings and then sell it like da VinciĀ“s Madonna, lol.

Well - I can see why. They must make very heavy picture frames!

Please.....carpenters still exist.

Would you sell your beautiful window frame? Well, I suppose you might if you needed the money.

24 Sep, 2014

No, Melchi. I will not sell it. I will better give it to somebody younger in the family. I will not make it easier to those, who deprived me of money because they are dreaming of my house with window frames. They do not know, who is Virginia Woolf.

By the way, I do not know if you believe in such things as higher principles. One of them is, that any thing acquired from somebody, whom you/somebody else destroyed, would bring you happiness. It is like antiques. Some people who work with energies believe, they have bad energy.

24 Sep, 2014

I have not heard of that, Katarina, but I do not approve of those who plunder others' lives for their own profit. I believe that a lot of valuable antiques have been "bought" from unknowing people at grossly undervalued prices.

I like your sentence: I do not approve of those who plunder others' lives for their own profit.
I do not either :-) But I am sorry, they do not mind, that we do not approve, what they do. Their interests and greediness is their Alfa and Omega. On the other side, hell is full of them.

Oh yes! I so agree!

I like your new avatar, by the way.

Yes? Me too, to be honest. I had also another one, where I am trespassing into the higher dimension, it is also interesting. It was so funny, when I have received it ...:-) Long time ago, as a child I used to paint. And even now some pictures/photos make me very happy.

26 Sep, 2014

Well - I also would like to trespass into a higher dimension!

I used to love drawing and painting when I was a child. I used to say I wanted to be an artist. I did not do art at college when I trained to be a teacher. I had to choose between art and music, and I chose music.

Good choice! I will upload something for you today.
I do not use Enflish in everyday life so sometimes I start to forget meanings of words. What is the difference between drawing and painting? Drawing is only with the pencil and painting is with colours, right?

27 Sep, 2014

That's right. I think your English is excellent.

27 Sep, 2014

Thank you, Melchi. I know it is not, I even have different keyboard...so sometimes I leave strange words here and there :-) But I learn by ear. If I live in English community I would speak even cockney in 6 months.

27 Sep, 2014

You certainly would! But you should not say that your English is not good - it really is !!!

27 Sep, 2014

Thank you very much. Politness is rare nowadays, so I appreciate yours :-)
