Dottydaisy2: I just did a little quick research on this plant and this is what I found "All parts of Brugmansia are poisonous, with the seeds and leaves being especially dangerous"
I just wanted to give this info. esp if you have children or pets. The beautiful flowers and fragrance are very alluring. FYI

I love these and that colour is amazing. How hardy are they, bet they are not, another dream plant. :O)

Olive they are not hardy, have to be cut down and bought under cover every year......
Bathgate yes we do know about this, and when we open the garden the plant has a caution sign in front of it....our grandchildren all know not to touch it....it is the adults that are the problem!!

Cool I just wanted you to be informed. It is very striking. I've seen a white one at the Botanical Garden and it too had a caution sign - "look but don't touch"
