I believe this is a Red-Masked Conures aka Red-
Masked Parakeets, Aratinga erythrogenys. A group of three landed in a palm a couple of doors up and stayed around for a few photos.

I hope they are eating the fruit from these Queen Palms, when dropped it sure makes a mess on the sidewalk.

I've seen some Queens around here still seeding. Must be great feeding for a parrot.
