Unidentified plant

This is fairly localised to this area and is not listed in any place I have investigated. The local name is 'Rambling Jack' and is reported to have been brought from the US as a gift to a local farmer. Its obviously an uwelcome invader and has all the survival instinct of Japenese Knotweed. Has anybody come accross it outside of this area of Cork/Kerry?
