This is an example of how to bury money - bought the property from a close relative so dispensed with need for a survey based on my assumption that blood is thicker than water, when the builder investigated the septic tank he found it septic but tankless so had to start from scratch.
I wish we had replaced our tank when we moved in. Trying to get machinery there now is a nightmare. It will be worth all the extra expence
