You have your work cut out for you but my wild corner is way worse. My goal for this year is to clear it all, actually my fiancé will be clearing it all.

Its not as bad as it looks..the dog wood is the worst and yet the best in this corner...i am encouraging it to spread to the right. but it is trying to grow in all directions

Looking forward to seeing how this develops, but don't work too hard and over do it.

That sounds like a good plan, only it's going to be very, very cold, so I don't think he'll be out with the chainsaw! He's already cleared quite a bit of the back, but there's still more to do. We actually found the remains of a 1950s or 1960s car hiding under the brush a few weeks ago! The sad thing is I have lived in this house for 9 years and never knew I had an old car sitting right by the hedge. I mean, it's a whole car, and I'm so behind on yard work I didn't know it was there. Pathetic.

I have found some bits of old farm vehicles in my garden but never a whole car....lol

Lauram, if you advertised the old cars on the web for sale you will have a queue of people a mile long looking for them. Huge demand for 1950 or1960 cars in any state

It's completely smashed and upside down! I think there's an old fridge on top of it too.
