Thanks Sandra. It always reminds of a Sherlock Holmes novel, when I look at it. Especially with the man and his dog in the bottom right hand corner. I dont think Sherlock had a dog, but I seem to remember he borrowed one called Toby from Sherman to track the killer of Sholto in "Sign of Four".

Thanks Paul. How are you managing with all this cold weather? We saw pictures on the news over here of a frozen Niagara Falls. I guess you must be about 5-6 hours drive away, I know its about 2 hours drive from Toronto.

Managing OK here Alan. Today (Sunday) we had a little taste of Spring so some of the snow pack melted. I really can't wait for Spring. I'm about a 12 hour drive from Niagara Falls. Have you ever been there? The winters up by the Canadian border is normally much more severe then mine. I got to check out those pics though. How is the weather by you. Do you guys get an early spring?

Hi Paul, in theory we are in the last week of winter. Bulbs are well on the way. Snowdrops have been out for a couple of weeks, crocus and daffodils are well on the way. March can be cold and frosty here, but sometimes it's a little milder and quite pleasant ... fingers crossed we'll get the latter.

Yes a have been to Niagara a couple of times, when visiting relatives in Toronto years ago. Didn't realise, you where 12 hours away! I have been to NY several times, but only ever to the airport, on route to Columbus Ohio. My headquarters used to be in Columbus, when I worked.
