Specie narcissus only about five inches tall. The bulbs of this one should not be allowed to dry out.

Seen it now, 3 pages back, wasn't a member then. Thought you said photos, Feb 2014is 34 pages back that' s a lot of pics. Now that the Cherry has gone, you can indulge your bulb passion in the gravel.
I, too, removed a large tree from the back garden - what a difference, so much extra light. Siris statue is now sitting on the stump, still working on the roots.

What a sweetie!
Much more sensible to grow in raised beds, then you won't lose them to the wet..
