No, Bjs, just a bunch bought years ago as " doubles". Don't think any of my doubles have 3 petals, will have to look more carefully. The flower head is quite large. If you collect snowdrops I can sent you some.

Siris since writing I have looked more closely at mine and they are a mixture of 3,4,and 5 petal ones .learn something new each day.lol

Wet outside, isn't it! This small clump is all 5 petalled, another is 4. Now you have pointed out this 5 petal I am going to dig all the 5P clump up, (it is a nice one)give each bulb a space of its own, mark it and see if they continue to develop 5 Ps in the future. Nature or nurture?

Did you obtain this one as named Variety? I see it has five outer petals instead of the more normal three I have a couple of singles with five but not seen a double. But then I am sure I have not seen them all.
