This is beautiful ,Mine are still in tight buds I'm guessing your garden is in a sheltered position Brian ,in fact I can't see any buds at all on one of mine :o(

Amy fairly sheltered at the bottom but can get damage from east winds ,the ones you send my way .lol

That is a lovely rhodo Bjs. My own one is still tight buds. I find it hard to take photos of the intense red colour.
