I know rhododendron Cunningham´s White, as I had one for years until it finished due to die-off disease. This one is slightly pinky, I am not 100 % sure, if it is the same.

I think that Cunningham´s White buds start pink it will turn white with this greenish/yelowish throat .
Actually, so does my rhododendron 'chionoides' .

Then this is it. I bought it in Tesco, 6 years ago, as "unknown rhododendron".

Looks like Rhododendron Cunningham's White. You can google and see if it fits your description
I just bought a little baby rhododendron called rhododendron 'chionoides" which has very similar flower . .
