New bees

I would love to of kept bees, do they ever swarm.

Yes this is swarming time. These were a swarm in a local garden, we just shook them from a branch into a cardboard box.

Here,the spring has been so cool,I haven't spotted one. Just one of those bee flies.

Swarming is at it's height at the moment. Collected four swarms in the last week, all have been found new homes.

Have been swarming in my friends garden, the keeper said he had been called out 4 times...

I have never seen so many swarms as I have this season.

Oh really, something to do with the seasons this year perhaps?

It has more to do with the rise in urban bee keepers not using swarm control in there own hives.
