Long stream in woodland garden

We built this stream in 2001. The initial concept was for a 12 foot stream - but it grew to 54 foot! We took it between the established plants.

In addition to concrete and reinforcing iron along the stream bed, we had to bring in some extremely large rocks and 11 tonnes of soil to create the cascade at the head of the stream! After 14 years, we haven't had any leaks!
