A beauty.

HB, Vicky gave me a great tip. When the Heuchs begin to show new growth, feed them with seaweed extract and it gets them off to a romping start. Continue to feed all season for improved health and stop in July to avoid too much soft growth in the autumn.

They will love it. Everything gets fed with it here now, and a bit of blood, fish & bone for the fruit trees.all organic :)

I use blood, fish and bone, good for root development, without promoting sappy green top growth.

Yes Siris. I use it on my grass as well for that reason. I had some 4 in one left, so I used that up this week and I'm going to use organic from now on. Got to think of the bees.

I believe seaweed extract adds essential nutrients, that are needed in v. small quantity, not found in B,F, and B.

Yes, thatstrue Siris. Good point!

Will have to buy some, but I don't want to love my plants to death! Better maybe to use as a foliar spray, not on sunny days though, wouldn't want to cause them sunburn. What do you think, anyone?

Yes, I have done that to some pale Heuchs. Best used in shade. Also, I've bought a 10L bottle online as I use it so much. Its a lot cheaper.
