This is our new Magnolia 'Susan' which we have bought for this corner of our garden as we live on a corner plot of the Cul di sac and are subject to nosey people peeking over and looking at us, also aptly named Susan the same name as My mum and also as an auntie who had just passed away.

Good choice. Lovely plant. I have one of the them too. Their fragrance is strong.
