yes but they look very sad. Its windy now here. I have an old metal arch which has snapped and leaning badly up by the greenhouse. The trouble is it is full of two climbing roses and the weight has really helped it go over, we will have to chop it down hard at the end of the year and take out the frame work and replace it. It was looking good but not now, hope it will stand for the summer it is propped up with canes and metal stakes. Not holding my breath though.

Yokes! You'll be glad you're not under tomorrows storm then!

That looks beautiful, Barbara! It is always so satisfying to see ideas translate into reality. Your garden is very beautiful. We have a lovely sunny day here and fortunately the patio is so sheltered that we have spent most of it outdoors. But there is a very cool breeze, and it's quite a lively one, too!

thank you Melchi not been too bad here, well not where I was, I have been out all day with baby Lottie and friend with her two children, had a wonderful lunch and fun in the playground. Great but rained at home apparently. oops I missed it. lol
Karen got the rose propped up fairly well now, hopefully it will hold until after it has flowered.

Looking wonderful! Have you been shifting Irises like me? I've staked all mine in preparation for the gales tomorrow. :( Also tied in all the clematis and roses. Oh I do wish these winds would get lost! We've had two calm days and its a different world. Cloudy and cold, but i can cope with that if it stays calm for a while. I hope tomorrow will be the last storm for a good long while.
