I bought quite a lot of plants today and started planting them and some I already had. I still have lots of plants in pots and even more still to buy but the exciting part has started. All the borders on this side of the garden are now dug although still some more grit to dig in some areas.

I don't think the Heucheras mind a bit of damp but this corner by the house tends to stay very wet in winter.this one is called Marmalade. I need some red ones to plant by brown/reddish grasses and the Acer but the garden centre only had those in large pots....I don't want to pay £9.00 for each plant.

The grasses are lovely. I have H. Marmalade as well - I love the colour.
