How beautiful Bathgate - where did you see this Swallowtail I have seen one similar but that was in Crete - Jane

Hi Jane, this one flew into my backyard here in New York. Occasionally we'll get an exotic looking visitor. I just need to be 'quick on the trigger' to capture them.

Thats Beautiful Paul , they thrive here in a few places on the Norfolk Broads the Funny thing is each year we go there purposely to try to see one and have never seen one but then when we were on holiday in France a couple of years ago we did see one it settled on a flower right next to us , we were thrilled ....
