wow, sorry about your husband. I stepped on a giant wasp myself walking barefoot in the backyard. I thought a nail pierced my foot. It swelled like a football and had to soak in epsom salt for a week. The pain was indescribable.

I know that feeling Paul I sat on a Bee in the car on Holiday I was screaming at my husband to stop the car he couldn't until we reached the next lay-bye , it was painful for a good two weeks :o(
