Mutsu apple has a moderately sweet flavor with juicy, firm, creamy white flesh. It is excellent for eating, sauces and baking.

Neither have I Amy until I visited an orchard yesterday in East Hampton, Long Island. They are crispy, juicy and moderately sweet - perfect for me. It's a hybrid, cross between Golden Delicious and Indo. I'm always happy to try something new.

I like golden delicious , we have some very old apple trees on the other side of our fence we took some to an Apple identification day at a museum and they didn't know what they were , they are a mystery?
