The guy that owns the house where I keep my bees have two of these theye make a racket with the squeaking so a good burglar alarm.
I have tried to give them a treat of dried rice to try and win them over , but it doesn't work but all the chickens come a running up the lane when they see my car lol.
Yes Bathgate very tasty .... similar to Pheasant and Partridge, I have found best cooked in a casserole otherwise a bit dry if roasted.
