Must admit, it did look stunning..... we now have hedgehog nest in there too, so cannot cut back everything for the winter.... but hey! :)

Wonderful, not seen a hedgehog around my garden for years and I live where there is an 80 acre wood surrounding me, no idea what has happened to all the hedgehogs - unless they are all hiding in the leaves that are covering the wood floor. Suppose they are well if I do not see them as the ones I have seen in the daytime are obviously not well. Fingers crossed for yours to survive the winter. I do so love hedgehogs.
