My garden is more colorful now then it was in Spring. This iris is a faint lilac blue color. It's been in bloom for over a month.

I think it has something to do with lighting. This is growing from the same rhizome as the previous photo. If you look lower down on the same stem you'll see the expired bloom. That was the previous photo. I don't know why some blooms are more blue then others. It's like pot luck.

Bathgate, have you got the two photos muddled? This looks pristine white, the previous Immortality seems to have the blue tinge of Full Tide.
