Country garden

This is only a part of the large garden we used to have in Herefordshire. I miss the space very much but don't miss the pressure of having to keep on top of it all. It was beautiful though.

Beautiful. I always wanted a very big garden. My garden is very long and wide at the bottom. But, not as big as I thought I wanted. Now in my middle 50s, I am glad it is the size it is, I love gardening, but never wanted to be a slave to it, but to enjoy pottering around instead.

It certainly was beautiful Arbuthnot. I have quite a big garden, but I give it as much time as I want to give and accept that it will never be perfect.

I'm a control freak! If I don't want a plant/weed/shrub there then it has to be moved, especially if there's a bramble growing through the middle.
