Same rougue plant to ID please

Has lots of small white flowers in a cone and f left to do so ....?

What time of year does it flower? A photo of the flower might help.

Flowers in about May June time. I suspect it to be mustard garlic but the leaves don't seem right. The flowers about right.

Garlic mustard leaves have more serrated edges and come to more of a point. Also they smell - do these?
