Do you recall Kinfauns Castle Brian? We went for dinner there many years ago and I lost my wedding ring in the gravel car park :( food was excellent though! Now its a private home. Imagine having a house that size!!

No Brian, I never found it. Thankfully I am not superstitious and it wasn't valuable in monetary terms. Kinfauns is just our side of Perth, off the A90. It sits up on a hillside surrounded by beautiful scenery and views of the Tay. It's not a real castle but a huge victorian mansion....absolutely massive. About 25 bathrooms I've been reliably informed. It belongs to the richest woman in Scotland...if you know who that is! :) At the time we visited for dinner it was owned by someone from the Far East...I remember a lot of Eastern furniture and furnishings. But we only saw a very tiny part of the building which is immense.

I should know her name but brain won't work she owns Stagecoach or half owns it

Thats right..worth over a billion...trained as a nurse...what a life! Not without tragedy either.
