never smelled it, its far too tall now for sniffing Stera lol
but do not think it does, no idea which one it is my OH bought it me many years ago when it was just a tiny tree and it did not have a label, all I know is that it flowers later than most and is not therefore spoiled by the frosts, it does get ruined by the rain which we are getting today:O(

That's beautiful Barbara. I have a Star Magnolia which was just opening when the cold snap came back and totally ruined it :-((

did go up and have a sniff of a flower this morning and no perfume that I could detect. Oh Waddy that is a shame, its forecast frost for us over Friday into Saturday. :O(
