Could it be 'Piilu' in it's single form?

You're welcome. It has a mass of stamens that you often get with a potential double. Like my multi blue.

My Piilu label has 6 petals which appear to be wide at the base yours look to be longer and thinner but then as we know you can't always go by the labels they are often very misleading !

I've never grown Dr Ruppel, so am not much use there. I can recognise any clem once I've grown it, and am not convinced its Piilu either, but it does look like it might be a double/single one.
