Clematis 'Jackmanii Alba' - 2016

As my computer sometimes says "something's not quite right." This clematis should have double flowers at this time of year, followed by single ones later in the season. It will be interesting to see if it sorts itself out!

That is what I think, what I really , really think. I just haven't the heart to root it out, there are much better double whites on the market

For the last few years, I have been going to get rid of C. Jackmanni Alba, as the early double flowers are ugly, streaked in green and twisted, (finished thank goodness) and I could put the space to better use.
